Cancellation Policy

At Zaby Ride Luxury, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy before confirming your ride.

Cancellation Notice

Customers may cancel a reservation free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Processing Fees

If a payment has already been processed, any non-refundable processing, transaction or platform fees may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when the customer or passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact Zaby Ride Luxury within a reasonable time.

No-shows may be charged in full or may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the ride details and time reserved.

Airport Pickup Delays

For airport pickups, customers are encouraged to provide a flight number so our team can better assist with arrival timing. If flight information is not provided or if the customer cannot be reached, waiting time or no-show policies may apply.

Changes to a Booking

Changes to pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle type, extra stops or special requests are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

Weather, Traffic or Unexpected Events

Zaby Ride Luxury is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, flight delays or events beyond our control.
